# Licenses and updates With digital products it is not shipping or stock that matter, but the format, the license, and the speed. This page holds everything you need to know before you click buy. If something is missing, write to me and I will add it. ## Instant unlock Everything in the shop is digital, so nothing is sent by post. As soon as you pay, the product unlocks for you right away. For files you get a download link on the confirmation page and in your email, and for courses your access to the videos opens immediately. No waiting, no delivery times. You click and it is yours. ## How the license works For most products I draw a line between two levels, and it is fair to know what each one means. - **A personal license** is enough when you create for yourself or for clients under your own name. You may not resell the product or share it as a standalone file. - **A commercial license** assumes that several people in a company will use the tool, or that you will build it into a paid service you offer on. Even here you may not sell the product as a standalone item, because that stays mine alone. Fonts and audio come with special terms that you will find right on the product page. Sample packs are royalty free, so you can build tracks from them that you release and monetize, with no reporting and no percentages. If you are not sure which license fits your case, write to me before you buy and I will advise you. ## Updates Whatever I release, I keep improving. For most products you get updates and new versions free, for good. You download them through the same link as your original purchase, and the new file simply replaces the old one. When I add a bonus or an extension to a product, it arrives for download at no extra charge as well. ## Refunds With digital goods the statutory right to withdraw from the contract ends the moment you download the file or open access to the course, which you agree to when you buy. Even so, if something really does not fit or you run into a problem, write to me at [email protected] and we will always work it out. I stand behind what I sell. ## Gift voucher Not sure what exactly the recipient needs? We have a gift voucher for an amount of your choosing. It arrives by email, works on anything in the shop, and never expires.
